Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. As part of the Interior Product Sales team, you will manage client relationships, provide personalized customer service, and drive sales of luxury marble products. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting product features, managing the sales process, and offering professional guidance on how our products can be integrated into high-end design projects. You will also contribute to training and mentoring team members to achieve sales goals and provide insights for enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with a focus on luxury or premium products, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong aptitude for Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
- Experience in Sales Management, including overseeing sales processes, creating strategies, and tracking progress against goals.
- A keen eye for details and a passion for interior design or luxury products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
