Interior Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for high-end interior materials, furniture, and finishes.

Maintain and nurture relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive rates.

Conduct vendor hunting to source premium and niche products for luxury projects.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

Analyze rates, prepare cost estimates, and maintain budget control across projects.

Work closely with design and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project specifications and BOQs.

Track and report procurement costs, identifying opportunities for optimization without compromising quality.

Coordinate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet project deadlines.

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.

Implement procurement processes and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and transparency.

Requirement:

6+ years of experience in procurement within the luxury interior design sector, ideally having worked in both studio and company setups.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, cost planning, and budgeting.

Proven experience in vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively with design, operations, and project teams.
