You'll Be Responsible For
- Deliver delegated elements of the developing design in line with contract requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Engage with business improvement initiatives, supporting continuous enhancement of delivery.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior colleagues, fostering professional growth.
- Build strong working relationships across internal stakeholders, supporting team and regional strategies.
- Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace's net zero transition.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 10-12 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
