About Design Legends

Design Legends is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman to join our team in Pathankot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and working closely with interior designers, architects, and project teams to convert design concepts into executable drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D interior drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and other technical details.
• Convert design concepts into accurate and practical execution drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings for carpentry, furniture, false ceiling, electrical, and other interior works.
• Make revisions based on site conditions, designer inputs, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, site engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and suitable for site execution.
• Take measurements and incorporate site dimensions into drawings when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized drawing files.
• Support the project team with quick drawing modifications and technical detailing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of interior construction, materials, furniture, and detailing.
• Strong understanding of dimensions, scale, and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Freshers with strong AutoCAD and drafting skills may also apply.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month, depending on experience, technical skills, and proficiency in drafting software.
