Interior Designing Service Counselor (Commercial Spaces)

We are hiring an Interior Designing Service Counselor at ANCI to help businesses and commercial clients transform their workspaces.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Interior Designing Service Counselor to focus on converting inbound and outbound calls into interior designing service leads for commercial spaces like offices, retail stores, showrooms, and more. You will play a key role in helping clients understand our interior solutions and guiding them towards making the right choice.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls related to interior designing services for commercial spaces.
• Understand client requirements and explain ANCIs service offerings.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or service orders.
• Maintain and update the lead and client database.
• Follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement.
• Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
• Interest in the interior design industry, especially commercial projects.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
• Salary: 18,000 20,000/month (Based on experience)
