Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Kochi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions tailored to client needs. Daily tasks include space planning, preparing and analyzing construction drawings, collaborating on interior design projects, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and ensuring project designs meet both aesthetic and practical requirements. The role involves closely working with clients and the in-house manufacturing team for project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to create accurate Construction Drawings
- Experience in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in residential interior design projects is preferred
