Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and professional Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct client calls and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
• Visit project locations to assess site conditions and monitor project progress.
• Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Prepare design presentations and communicate ideas effectively to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide design solutions that align with client expectations and budget requirements.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to conduct professional client calls and arrange meetings independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Bengaluru.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in residential interior projects will be an added advantage.
