Job Description
Criterira- 36- 50 month relevent work experience
Excellent knowledge of Sketchup, Vray, Autocad, Excel
Degree in interior Design or Architecture/ relevant experience
One point of contact for client from project assigning to till handover
Experience in handling clients and projects independently
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to manage projects effectively as per DPR
Must be able to project workload for team
Good Material and hardware knowledge
Creating 3D shell in sketchup when required
Ensuring MOM of meetings are shared at the end of every meeting
Ensuring error free site validation documents, supplemental drawings are ready on time
Ensuring estimation is error free and ready on time
Excellent Inter team co ordination for smooth project completion
Must be able to grasp instructions and concepts quickly
Site visit for kyc, site validation, either installation(before deep cleaning) or handover
Selection visits for wallpaper,lights and curtains whenever required (virtual)
Need to be proactive
Must be a team player. Must be able to inspire Juniors designers to work efficiently
Must have a good eye for creative design
Must mainatain good culture and company values at the table
Targets- 15-22 lac for woodwork and 3 lac for supplimental per month
