Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior designs for residential and commercial real estate projects aligned with Yellow Yards brand and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, coordinating with architects and project teams, and translating concepts into detailed construction and interior drawings. The role involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), specifying materials and finishes, and ensuring design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with sales, project management, and vendor partners to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of design standards applicable to residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess expertise in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes suitable for diverse project types.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends, building codes, and practical site execution considerations.
• Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or design for residential and commercial developments is an advantage.
