Interior Designer

We're on the lookout for a talented interior designer to join our team with background in designing residential interiors using SketchUp, layouts and AutoCAD.

1. You'll be working closely with customers to understand their needs, define the project scope and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless experience.

2. You'll also be responsible for understanding initial cost estimates and providing design solutions that fit within the customer's budget and timeline.

3. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members and use AI tools to boost productivity and speed up workflows.

This role offers a unique chance to gain direct, hands-on experience by working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You'll be strategically positioned to learn the entire value chain of the business, moving beyond a narrow functional focus. By collaborating directly with our leadership team, you'll receive mentorship and insight into strategic planning, P&L management, and a comprehensive view of our operational ecosystem, from high-level strategic decision-making to the critical, day-to-day precision of factory and production operations.
