Job Role: Interior Designer & Execution
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Execution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior projects from concept to completion. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and on-site project management skills to deliver high-quality interiors within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D designs, material boards, and BOQs for approval.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and dcor to align with design vision and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise and manage on-site execution, ensuring designs are implemented accurately.
- Monitor project progress, handle site challenges, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Maintain strong client communication, providing updates and addressing queries throughout the project.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience (25 years) in residential/commercial interior design and project execution.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines.
