Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E specifications with vendors. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants, conducting site visits to monitor design implementation, and resolving on-site design issues. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and update project documentation throughout the design and execution phases.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into cohesive concepts and layouts.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience within diverse types of spaces.
• Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details for execution.
• Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design intent to clients and site teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, current design trends, and basic understanding of building services and site coordination.
