About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join the Union Living team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in co-living, residential, or commercial interiors, and will be comfortable managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interior layouts, concepts, and furniture plans for Union Living properties.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, material boards, and 3D references as needed.

Work closely with the Fit-Out Manager to ensure timely and quality execution on-site.

Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for sourcing, production, and installations.

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Coordinate across departments (brand, operations, procurement) for smooth project delivery.

Handle end-to-end project management from concept to handover.

Requirements:

23 years of relevant experience in interior design (preferably co-living, residential, or commercial).

Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other design tools.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Willingness to travel across sites and manage on-ground execution.

Bonus Points:

Experience in end-to-end project management.

Strong vendor management skills and on-site fit-out coordination experience.
