Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹21,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, excellent 3D visualization skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and coordinating restaurant interior projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and visual presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and client presentation layouts.
• Assist in creating 3D walkthroughs and design presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site execution teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements suitable for project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Up to 1 year of professional experience in Interior Design.
• Experience working on commercial interior projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following software:
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
• Knowledge of commercial interior design standards and execution processes.
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
