Interior Designer

We are seeking an Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from design conceptualisation to site execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling design development, working drawings, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed material specifications
• Prepare and coordinate complete working drawings for execution
• Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution and ensure adherence to drawings
• Resolve site-related design and execution challenges proactively
• Monitor timelines, workmanship quality, and material usage
• Assist in cost control, value engineering, and BOQ understanding
• Act as a bridge between client expectations, design intent, and site execution

Desired Profile:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
• Strong experience in residential & turnkey interior projects
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction details, and execution practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D(mandatory)
• Ability to independently handle projects and teams
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
