We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience in residential interior design, who stays updated with industry trends and brings both creativity and practicality to the table.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage client onboarding and clearly explain the design journey, setting the right expectations
  
• Participate in site kick-off meetings along with the Sales team for seamless project handover
  
• Create and share structured design timelines with defined milestones
  
• Understand client requirements in depth — both functional and aesthetic
  
• Develop customized design concepts along with detailed cost estimates
  
• Balance design creativity with technical feasibility
  
• Collaborate closely with Sales, 3D, KWS, and Operations teams for smooth execution
  
• Guide and mentor Junior Designers, ensuring high-quality output
  
• Work with Project Management teams to align designs with site conditions
  
• Maintain accurate and updated project data in the CRM system
  
• Lead hiring and training of Junior Designers to build a strong team
  
• Ensure all designs meet Theos technical and design standards
  
• Stay updated through internal trainings and workshops
  
• Take ownership of accuracy in drawings, specifications, and documentation
  
• Proactively identify and resolve design challenges
  
• Uphold the quality and reputation of Theos through every project
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's in Interior Design (M.Des)
  
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential interior design
  
• Strong understanding of design principles, ergonomics, and residential standards
  
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and hardware
  
• Ability to evaluate design from both functional and aesthetic perspectives
  
• Skilled in creating precise technical drawings
  
• Proficiency in CAD software
  
• Strong communication skills — English, Telugu, or Hindi is a plus
