Interior Designer

This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer at a fast growing young organisation. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, exterior faade designing, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role will involve creating functional and aesthetic designs for clients, collaborating with architects and contractors, and overseeing the implementation of design plans. This includes visiting the sight as and when required, coordinating with various agencies and assist the principal designers in every capacity.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Space Planning, Interior Design skills
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings
• Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus

• AutoCAD,
• Google SketchUp,
• CorelDraw,
• Photoshop
