Interior Designer

Studio Śra is a boutique interior architecture practice in Pune, working across luxury residences, hospitality, and developer spaces. We're looking for a designer who can carry a project from the first client conversation through to site — someone who thinks in plan and section, listens closely, and cares about how a space actually gets built.

The role

• Translating client conversations into spatial strategy — layouts, plans, and clear design intent
• Developing concepts through moodboards, material palettes, sketches, and 3D
• Preparing client presentations (2D, 3D, renders, mock-ups) that communicate the idea, not just the image
• Working with vendors and contractors so design intent survives execution
• Owning documentation quality, from floor plans through detail drawings and FF&E
• Preparing estimates and BOQs, and keeping projects moving through our phase-based delivery system

What we're looking for

• A degree in interior design or interior architecture
• 2–3 years of relevant experience for the Designer role
• Fluency in SketchUp and AutoCAD; Enscape and the Adobe suite are a strong advantage
• Confidence with clients — asking the right questions, receiving feedback well, adjusting without losing the idea
• A genuine eye for material, proportion, and detail, and the patience to resolve things properly
