Role Description
The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at Studio Inside Out's Vadodara studio. In this role, the Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare space plans, and translate ideas into detailed drawings and presentations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects and contractors, selecting finishes and FF&E, preparing construction documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout execution. The role also involves site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with the project team to deliver designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and coordination with architectural teams for integrated design solutions.
- Experience preparing Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution by contractors and vendors.
- Skills in FF&E selection, including finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
- Strong visualization and presentation abilities, including use of CAD, 3D modeling, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is an advantage.
