Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, layouts and design plans.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space planning and 3D visualization.
• Produce technical drawings and working details in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.
• Make site visits to monitor progress, quality control and resolve on-site challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients for design presentations and feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations in interior architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of rendering software like Lumion/Enscape is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
