Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Indore. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior design plans, space planning, and creating construction drawings. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with architecture and project teams, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and overseeing the implementation of design strategies that align with client goals and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop comprehensive product understanding and study design briefs to determine requirements

• Create and design visuals for print and digital media applications

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality standards and on schedule

• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

• Outline client design objectives and set timelines for interior design project completion

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including procurement teams, departments, and project managers • Ensure design work meets quality standards and all directives are followed

• Collaborate with design team and other departments to achieve project goals

• Create AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings and isometric views of office furniture products

• Develop technical specifications and design documentation

Requirements:-

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

• 2-7 years of interior design experience, preferably in furniture industry

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings and isometric views

• Strong skills in design software and visual presentation tools

• Experience with print and digital media design

• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Passion for interior design and furniture with positive team attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
