We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective interior solutions. The candidate should be capable of handling design development, coordination with vendors, and site execution support.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and budget
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts
- Develop 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings)
- Create 3D designs and renders using design software
- Select materials, finishes, colors, fixtures, and furniture
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Visit project sites to ensure design intent and quality execution
- Assist in BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Handle design revisions as per client feedback
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and execution details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
