Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Pune City. The Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards for residential and corporate spaces. Daily activities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing construction and detail drawings, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves site visits, measurement and verification of existing conditions, and regular coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute to presentations that communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client needs into cohesive design concepts.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics.
• Experience preparing Construction Drawings and technical details that guide execution on-site.
• Ability to manage FF&E selections, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials aligned with project budgets and timelines.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• Comfort working on-site, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors; prior experience in corporate or residential interiors is an advantage.
