We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design execution, site management, and delivering inspiring residential spaces.

Role & Responsibilities

• 2D Drawings: Create layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• 3D Visualization: Develop realistic models and renders using SketchUp.
• BOQ Preparation: Draft Bills of Quantities for project planning.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and present design concepts to clients.
• Site Execution: Manage on-site work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality delivery.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Basic knowledge of materials and site execution
• Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and confident personality

Salary & Benefits
