Package: ₹3,00,000 per annum (all-inclusive CTC)
This is strictly an in-office position. Freelancing and work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present detailed 2D and 3D interior designs.
- Visit project sites and take accurate measurements.
- Understand clients requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Present designs and quotations confidently to clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and convert potential clients into confirmed bookings.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and updates through the company's internal systems.
- Accompany clients for material selection and assist them in selecting suitable finishes, colours, laminates, hardware and other materials.
- Coordinate with the internal design, production and execution teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, accurate and aligned with the client's requirements.
- Provide the necessary site and design updates throughout the project.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant interior-design experience.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Enscape or similar rendering software is preferred.
- Ability to take accurate site measurements independently.
- Strong design-presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to explain designs, materials and quotations clearly.
- Confidence in following up with leads and closing clients.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes and selection processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with design and execution teams.
