Job description

Design Associate/Interior Designer

The title is too formal compared to the work that you'd be doing. You would be an ever prominent friend to all; most of all to customers. The ability to express your thoughts and ideas succinctly and help customers with their imagination is a must for you to have. You better be an analytical and immensely creative being. The financial well-being of the firm rests on your shoulders. Customer centricity is at the heart of everything you do; every day. Customer is King is the mantra that you don't just believe in, but live day-to-day.

● Passion for sales & Excellent interpersonal skills

● Hands-on experience in using AutoCad, Google Sketchup, 3D, V-Ray.

● Knowledge of Residential interior designing, reading floor plans and layouts

● Quick on the feet attitude

● Good communication skills, written and oral

● Good interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

* A graduate from interior designing discipline is preferred

* 1 year of experience in Interiors design + sales is preferred.

○ Uncapped Incentives based on performance (INR 25K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
