Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, located in Palakkad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative designs tailored to client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating interior layouts, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role requires collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the execution of designs with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• boq/estimation knowledge preferred.
• Strong understanding of Architecture and the ability to create accurate Construction Drawings.
• Experience with FF&E selection and specifications, with a focus on quality and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
