Interior Designer

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Mumbai

At PRACTICE, you will work on premium residential, corporate interiors, hospitality, retail, and high-end interior environments across multiple scales and typologies.

This role is for someone who wants real responsibility — not just production work.

You will be expected to contribute across:

• Concept development
• Space planning
• Client presentations
• Material thinking
• FF&E strategy
• Technical detailing
• Coordination
• Site understanding
• Execution support

You should be comfortable moving between design sensitivity and technical clarity without losing either.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and contribute to luxury interior design projects from concept to execution
• Develop strong design narratives, layouts, mood boards, and presentation decks
• Prepare design drawings, detailed documentation, and coordination packages
• Work closely with senior designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients
• Participate in material selection, styling, FF&E, and specification development
• Coordinate with execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on site
• Think beyond making drawings — and actively solve design problems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in premium residential / hospitality / retail interiors
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong design sense with excellent spatial understanding
• Strong FF&E and material knowledge
• Ability to independently handle projects and client interactions
• Strong detailing and technical understanding
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Proficiency in SketchUp, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, and InDesign
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment

You should care deeply about design & delivery quality.
