Job Summary

The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and supervising interior spaces to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments. The role involves working closely with clients, architects, and project teams to understand design requirements and execute projects within timelines and budgets.

Qualification : B.Sc Interior Design / Diploma in Interior Design

Department: Design / Projects

Experience: 2+ Years (can be adjusted)

Location: Chennai

Gender : Male

Two wheeler and Laptop is must

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop creative interior design concepts and layouts.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentations for client approval.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and cost estimates.
• Visit project sites and monitor work progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and visualization skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, , or similar design software
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Project management and coordination ability
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects
