We are hiring a
detail-oriented Interior Designer with
3–5 years of experience in commercial turnkey projects. The role includes design development, working drawings, BOQ preparation, MEP coordination, and site execution. You will support projects from
concept to completion, ensuring timelines and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in space planning and concept development for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including GA, RCP, electrical layouts, and detailing.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).
- Support BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Participate in vendor coordination and material selection.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors for execution.
- Ensure drawings align with site conditions and project timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurement standards.
- Understanding of MEP coordination in commercial projects.
- Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey office fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with project timelines and budgeting.
- Basic knowledge of materials and finishes used in commercial interiors.
