Role Description The Interior Designer at Ofis Square will be responsible for designing and optimizing workspace interiors that reflect the company's focus on flexibility, collaboration, and modern aesthetics. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes developing interior concepts, space plans, and layouts for coworking areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and common zones. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing design presentations, creating detailed drawings and specifications, selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. The Interior Designer will also conduct site visits, oversee installation and fit-outs, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and safety standards, and collaborate with internal teams to align designs with client requirements and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient workspace layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and technical specifications.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that align with brand standards and user needs.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; prior experience in commercial or coworking spaces is an advantage.
