Interior Designer – V-Can Furnitech (Mulji's Group)

V-Can makes engineer-to-order pre-hung door systems — Italiano, Fire Safe, Sound Safe, Aqua Safe and more — supplied to premium residential and commercial projects across the MMR. Doors are often an afterthought. We're looking for someone who knows they shouldn't be.

The Role

You'll work with architects, interior designers, and project teams to specify the right V-Can door system for every opening — handling everything from initial consultation through shop drawings to site coordination.

What You'll Do

• Consult with IDs and architects on door selection, finish options, and technical specifications

• Prepare door schedules, shop drawings, and presentation materials for client approvals

• Coordinate with production in Umargaon on lead times, custom requirements, and dispatch

• Visit sites at key milestones to verify installation matches design intent

• Build V-Can's presence within Mumbai's architecture and design community

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years in interior design or architectural specification, ideally with exposure to joinery, doors, or finish materials

• Comfortable reading drawings and translating design intent into technical specs

• Confident presenting to architects and project managers

• Proficient in AutoCAD; 3D tool experience is a plus

• Based in Mumbai; comfortable with regular site and studio visits across MMR
