We are a full-service interior design studio specializing in modular kitchen commercial interior solutions across India. Our focus is on delivering end-to-end projects, from concept and visualization to construction and installation, with a strong emphasis on on-site execution and quality control.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic design practice. This role involves working on high-quality, client-facing projects throughout India. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical documentation skills, excellent 3D visualization capabilities, and the ability to manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of design intent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Full Lifecycle Design:Oversee all phases of interior design projects, including concept development, schematic design, detailed design, and FF&E schedules.
- Produce Construction Drawings:Create accurate drawings, joinery details, and technical specifications for on-site execution and contractor tendering.
- Develop Visualizations:Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and presentation materials to communicate design proposals and secure client approvals.
- Coordinate On-Site Activities:Work closely with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and design compliance.
- Project Management:Manage timelines, procurement, vendor deliveries, and budgets while proactively resolving site issues.
- Mentorship:Mentor junior designers and collaborate with project managers to enhance delivery workflows and maintain documentation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a strong portfolio of executed on-site projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max; experience with V-Ray or similar renderers.
- Expertise in construction documentation, joinery detailing, and FF&E specification.
- Strong client-facing project management skills, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and site supervision.
