Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at our Pune Division location. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling design concepts, planning optimal space utilization, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure projects meet design specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing interiors
• Experience in developing and interpreting Construction Drawings and working collaboratively with architects and project teams
• Knowledge of FF&E selection, including sourcing and curating materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Understanding of architectural principles and their application in interior design projects
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Prior experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality design projects is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
