What You'll Own
● Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans
● Own the complete design deliverables
● Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience
● Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets
● Ensure clear, seamless project handover to execution teams
What We're Looking For
● 2+ year experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning)
● Bachelor's in Interior Design/B.Arch or equivalent
● Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
● Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
