Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Asansol. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to create customized designs for residential spaces, focusing on space optimization and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities include preparing functional space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and vendors for seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong eye for detail and functionality
- Experience with creating Construction Drawings and design documentation
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and practices
- Skills in FF&E selection and sourcing to suit client requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in residential interior design is strongly preferred
