Role Description
This is a freelance role based for an Interior Designer. As an Interior Designer, your responsibilities will include creating innovative interior design concepts, developing space plans, preparing detailed construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). You will collaborate with clients and partners to develop solutions that balance style, functionality, and budget, ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and creating efficient layouts
- Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Design principles
- Experience in preparing precise Construction Drawings
- Strong understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
