Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple interior projects simultaneouslyfrom design conceptualisation to final executionwhile ensuring quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Delivery

Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and as per client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Design Quality and Creativity

Develop and implement creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design concepts.

Maintain design standards and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Client Handling

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction at every stage.

Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.

4. Budget and Cost Management

Control project costs and ensure all designs are implemented within the approved budget.

Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.

5. Vendor Management

Collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors.

Cross-verify site work and ensure material and design compliance.

6. Team Collaboration and Leadership

Coordinate with the design and site teams for updates on project progress.

Provide guidance and ensure alignment among all departments.

7. Feedback and Evaluation

Collect feedback from clients and the site team post-project completion.

Utilize feedback for improving performance and project quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Proven experience in managing interior design projects (residential or commercial).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar design software.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
