Location : Mumbai (Borivali West)

What you should bring

Strongconcept thinking and spatial imagination

Proficiency inSketchUp with Enscape / Lumionfor clear and compelling visualisation

Ability to prepareBOQsand coordinate with vendors

Understanding ofparametric design thinking

Capability to convert ideas intoworking drawings and practical solutions

Experience or understanding ofschool environments and corporate office interiors

Experience

Minimum3 to 5 years of professional experiencein Interior Design or Architecture.

What you will be doing

Developingdesign concepts and spatial layouts

Preparing3D visualisations and presentation material

BOQ preparationand coordination with execution teams

Site visits and project coordinationto ensure the design survives the real world

Managing timelines and collaborating with the studio team

Sensitivity towardssustainable thinking and locally sourced materialsis a plus

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma inInterior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Strongcommunication and presentation skills
