Roles and Responsibilities;
- Creative, Out of the Box Designing Skills
- Client Relations and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to ensure smooth deliveries
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings)
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Domain knowledge and Intermediate Proficiency
This is a full time, on site role for interior designer/architect located in T.Nagar, Chennai. The Designer/Architect will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client requirements. Need to also collaborate with architects , contractors and vendors to ensure that the design specifications are implemented efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture and interior design or related fields
- 0 - 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Autocad, sketchup, vray and other rendering softwares.
- Proficiency in creating working drawings with specifications and managing site execution
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to clients and contractors
