Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing interior design themes, layouts, and presentations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material boards under senior designer guidance.
- Support site execution by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, take measurements, and resolve minor on-site design issues.
- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on project requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with the procurement and estimation teams for BOQ preparation and vendor coordination
- Maintain project documentation, including design revisions, specifications, and approvals.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
- Stay updated with current trends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas to projects.
