Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and design-driven Interior Designer with experience in luxury residential and hospitality interior design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of space, materials, and detailing, as well as a deep understanding of design execution, from concept to site delivery.

You will be responsible for end-to-end design development — from client briefing and concept presentation to drawings, renders, and on-site coordination — while collaborating closely with design and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop interior design concepts for high-end residences, hospitality spaces, and premium interiors.

• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts in line with client briefs.
• Develop and review technical drawings, detailed working drawings, and GFC sets using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create high-quality 3D views and walkthroughs using SketchUp and Enscape.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure design integrity during execution.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
• Work across multiple projects, maintaining timelines, quality, and design consistency.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture layouts, and detailing.
• Experience in handling client communications and site-level design decisions.
• Excellent aesthetic sensibility and project management skills.
