We're Hiring: Sr/ Interior Designer
Location - Gurgaon (Sector 84) Primary on-site location
Work Hours - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Rotational Off - 1 weekday off on a rotating basis
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end design process from client briefing and concept to final handover.
- Translate client lifestyle and requirements into functional modular solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Produce and maintain accurate layouts, 3D visuals, BOQs, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design-to-sales funnel: conduct client meetings, present proposals, and close projects.
- Capture client requirements, develop tailored modular design solutions, and present clear value propositions.
- Deliver timely design outputs and ensure excellent client experience through proactive communication.
- Create precise deliverables: layouts, 3D renders, technical drawings, and BOQs.
- Oversee project execution with project teams and vendors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Research and apply current trends, materials, and functional layout solutions to enhance designs.
Requirements- Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of residential interior design experience.
- Proven experience delivering residential modular kitchen/wardrobe (KWS) projects independently.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and moodboard creation.
- Strong in:
- Conceptual design: layout planning, style boards, theme ideation.
- Modular design: materials, functionality, aesthetics, space optimization.
- Technical execution: civil works, services coordination, detailing, installation feasibility.
- Experience with BOQ creation, site coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions, run meetings, and pitch value-based solutions.
- High ownership, goal orientation, clear communication, integrity, and a collaborative learning mindset.
