Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in interior design who are interested in the technical coordination and post-sales aspects of design execution. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate client selections, clear communication with production teams, and smooth project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist clients with laminate, fabric, and product size selections post-sale.

● Work with design and production teams to finalize technical drawings, BOQs, and product specifications. ● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

● Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about project updates and timelines.

● Handle installation-related queries, documentation, and post-installation customer support.

● Use CRM tools to update and track client interactions and project progress. 

Qualifications

● Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

● 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a design or coordination role (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).

● Basic proficiency in AutoCAD in 2D & 3D Pro Model, SketchUp or similar design tools.

● Understanding of technical drawings and material specifications.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho Bigin or Interakt is a plus.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and follow-ups.

● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
