Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. As an Interior Designer specializing in fitouts at Design Sense Architects, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative interior designs. Core tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting finishes and furnishings (FF&E), and ensuring seamless coordination with other architectural and construction teams. You will manage design projects from initial idea to completion, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal in fitout solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create well-organized and visually appealing layouts.
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings with attention to technical details and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interior and fitout design.
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
