Role Overview

The role supports the architectural team across tender, planning and project delivery stages, ensuring seamless coordination between tender and planning teams. The candidate will work independently on allocated tasks while reporting to team managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tender drawings in accordance with UK standards and regulations
• Develop and coordinate full tender packages and express tenders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between the Tender Team and Planning Team, with coordination and discussions involving the SE (Structural Engineering) Team and BR Team to ensure technical alignment.
• Prepare, review, and update Scopes of Work, ensuring they are clear, coordinated, and aligned with drawings and specifications.
• Assist Project Managers with progress reporting, highlighting key milestones, risks, and action points.
• Work independently on allocated tasks while reporting regularly to senior team members.
• Work or preparing a basic material take off required for project management stages.
• All the above has to be ideally undertaken in Revit

Required Skills & Software

• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Autodesk Revit
• Microsoft Excel
• Ability to navigate and adapt to new websites and software platforms (including potential use of AI tools)
