Job Role: Interior Designer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the design team to create interior concepts for hospitality spaces (hotels, resorts, restaurants).
- Develop design presentations, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed drawings to communicate ideas effectively.
- Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing interior solutions.
- Work closely with the furniture manufacturing team to ensure custom furniture aligns with design intent.
- Select materials, finishes, fabrics, and color palettes that meet brand standards and durability requirements for hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed layouts, space planning, and case goods designs tailored for hotel rooms, lobbies, and public areas.
- Stay updated with global hospitality design trends and integrate them into projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project execution matches the approved design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 25 years of experience as an Interior Designer (hospitality projects preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality or commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of furniture design, space planning, and material specifications.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of international design trends and hotel brand standards is an advantage.
