Interior Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Design Therapy 88, located in Vadodara. The Interior Designer will manage end-to-end interior design projects, including creating concepts, developing aesthetic and functional designs, preparing construction drawings, coordinating space planning, sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of sourcing and specifying FF&E elements
• Strong project management skills, including ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
