Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, creating and reviewing construction drawings, planning and optimizing interior spaces, and managing projects from concept to execution. Key tasks also include selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with the project and architectural teams, and ensuring adherence to design standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection is required
- Experience in Space Planning and Architecture
- Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings and coordinate with on-site teams
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and client communication skills
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or retail projects is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines in an on-site setting
