Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences, develop tailored space planning and layout solutions, and create comprehensive design concepts. The role involves preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation. The candidate will also oversee project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences

• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills

• Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients

• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles

• Excellent portfolio of previous works

• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Proficiency in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools is a plus
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in residential interior design projects is preferred

Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience

Modular Residential Interior Experience is a must .

Requirements :

• You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects

• Modular interior Experience is a must

• Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.

• Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
